🧭 Step 1: Track Your Parcel
Visit tracking.acilogistix.com to begin.

🔐 Step 2: Sign In
Sign in to your ACI Logistix account to access delivery instruction options.
🧑💻 Step 3: Follow the Sign-In Prompt
- New Users: Click “No account? Create one”
- Returning Users: Confirm your email is correct.
📧 Step 4: Temporary Access Code
You’ll receive an 8-digit numerical code via email. Use it as a one-time password—no need to set up a permanent password.
📝 Step 5: Confirm Personal Details (Optional)
You may enter and confirm your personal details, though it's not required.
✏️ Step 6: Edit Delivery Instructions
On the tracking page, scroll to the Delivery Instructions section and click Edit.
📍 Step 7: Select a Drop-Off Location
Choose your preferred delivery location from the following options:
- Front Door
- Back Door / Patio
- Side Door
- Garage
- Main Entrance / Front Desk
- Security / Guard Post
- Apartment Office

Use the “Help Us Find Your Address” text box to enter custom instructions.
✅ Step 8: Submit Your Request
Once submitted:
- You’ll see a confirmation message if successful
- If unsuccessful, a support ticket will be created automatically
- The ACI Logistix Support Team will respond within 24–48 hours
