🔢 Step 2: Enter Your Tracking Number
Your tracking number should be in one of these formats:
ACIfollowed by 31 digits- A 26-digit numeric code
⚠️ Note:
If the number starts with 92 or 420, your parcel is being handled by USPS. Use the USPS tracking site for real time updates.
🔍 Step 3: Click Search
Submit your number to retrieve your tracking information.
📦 Step 4: Understand Your Shipment Status
Here’s what each tracking milestone means:
| Status | Description |
| Label Created | Shipping label generated; parcel awaiting carrier pickup or drop-off. |
| Accepted – Hub Facility | Parcel received at an ACI Logistix hub for processing. |
| Departed – Hub Facility | Parcel has left the hub en route to the next facility. Multiple entries may occur. |
| Accepted – Delivery Facility | Parcel arrived at the final sorting facility prior to delivery. |
| Out for Delivery | Parcel is with a delivery driver. Expect it to arrive today. |
| Delivered | Parcel has arrived at its destination. It may be left at a front door, mailroom, or reception. |
